Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity:

 

A. Right of Withdrawal Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dach PRO UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Einsteinstraße 5A, 53842 Troisdorf, Germany, E-Mail: support@dachpro.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the full amount, minus shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which the return (the goods) has been received by us undamaged.

 

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

 

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

Return Period:

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

 

Return Costs:

• A flat rate of €2.90 for return shipping applies.

• A 2% restocking fee will be charged.

 

Post-purchase Offer:

The offer is only valid in combination with other products. In case of cancellations, the reduced product amount will be refunded.

 

Compensation for Value Loss:

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

 

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
